Step 1

Meet the system

A complete writing workflow that keeps you in control from first idea to final book.

Write your book. The system handles the rest.

A writing framework that plugs into editors you already know, like Cursor, Antigravity, Windsurf, and VS Code. You make every creative decision. The system keeps your story consistent and moves it forward.

  • Works inside Cursor, Antigravity, Windsurf, and VS Code
  • Outline, characters, and style guide created before you draft a single word
  • Draft by chapter or scene, review each one before moving on
  • Editing team, marketing kit, audio narration, and Prep for Publication included
The problem

You already know the pain

Outline in one app, drafts in another, notes scattered across folders. Every tool switch costs you momentum.

Scattered workflow

Planning, writing, editing, and publishing all happen in different places. By chapter five you are managing tools instead of writing.

AI that forgets

ChatGPT and Claude lose track of your characters, plot, and voice after a few chapters. You end up rewriting what the AI already had.

No clear path to done

You finish a draft and then face a wall: editing, marketing copy, formatting, metadata, narration. Each step is a new learning curve.

Step 2

See how it works

One project, five phases (plan, draft, edit, market, publish), same memory the whole way through.

The workflow

From idea to published book

Every phase builds on the last. The system remembers your outline, characters, and voice the entire way.

1

Plan your book

Tell the system about your story. It interviews you in small batches, then generates your outline, characters, style guide, and plot summary so everything is ready before you draft.

What does the interview ask?

Logline, characters, tone, stakes, and formatting preferences. Two or three questions at a time, not a long form.

Can I set word counts and reading level?

Yes. Pick a target word count, chapter count, and reading level. The system keeps every chapter in range automatically.

2

Draft

Write one chapter or one scene at a time. The system loads your outline, characters, and style rules before every draft so the story stays consistent.

Does it auto-advance through chapters?

No. You decide when to move on. The system prompts you to save before switching chapters.

Will it forget my story after a few chapters?

No. The system feeds your outline, characters, notes, and style guide to the AI before every chapter. It tracks continuity and flags contradictions so you are not starting from scratch each time.

Does the writing sound like AI?

The system blocks overused phrases, catches repetition, and enforces your style rules (vocabulary, punctuation, tone). The output reads like your voice, not a chatbot.

3

Edit

Send your finished draft to a team of AI editors. Each one reads the full manuscript and produces a report. You review every suggestion and accept or reject it.

When does editing start?

Only when you start it. Nothing runs until you say the word.

Can I discuss a suggestion with an editor?

Yes. Enter discussion mode and the editor explains their reasoning, answers questions, and offers alternatives.

4

Market

Generate blurbs, keywords, ad copy, and social content pulled from your actual manuscript. No templates, no guessing.

5

Publish

Package your book into a print-ready document with front matter, formatting, and metadata. Request audio narration from inside your editor. Draft to shelf, one system.

Step 3

See what you actually get

Real files on your computer. Nothing locked behind a web app or chat window.

Output

Everything the system produces is yours

Every file lives on your machine. Open them, move them, back them up however you want.

Project files

Outline, characters, notes, and style guide. Each chapter is its own file with full version history.

Editor reports

Structured feedback from developmental, line, continuity, sensitivity, and proofreading editors. One report per editor, tied to exact locations in your manuscript.

Marketing and publishing

Blurbs, keywords, ad copy, social content, audio narration files, and a print-ready book document. All generated from your manuscript.

Sample draft output

Chapter 3 - Scene 1
Rain streaked the glass and Mara counted the seconds between thunder. The letter sat open on the counter, its creases sharp from being folded and unfolded too many times. She already knew what it said. The question was whether she would answer it.

Sample marketing output

Blurb
A letter she was never meant to read. A town that does not forgive. Mara Caldwell came back for the funeral, but the house has its own plans.

Six editors, one review

In the editing phase, six specialist editors work with you. Each reads your full manuscript, reviews the reports before theirs, and creates a list of suggestions tied to exact locations. You approve or reject every change.

📐

Developmental

Structure, plot, pacing, character arcs

✍️

Line editor

Prose, voice, word choice, rhythm

🔗

Continuity

Timeline, facts, world rules

💜

Sensitivity

Cultural awareness, representation

🔍

Proofreader

Grammar, typos, final polish

Marketing

Market positioning, tropes

Your work stays safe

Every feature is designed around one rule: nothing happens without your say-so.

Save and sync

Your work saves locally and backs up to the cloud automatically. The launcher prompts you before you close so nothing gets left behind. Full version history on every chapter.

Your rules, always

Set style preferences once. The system follows them in every draft, every edit, every output.

Discussion mode

Disagree with a suggestion? Talk to the editor, hear their reasoning, and decide.

Import existing work

Bring in a manuscript from anywhere. The system organizes it into chapters without rewriting your prose.

No surprise edits

The system never changes your files without asking. Every edit is a suggestion until you approve it.

Local files

Your project files live on your machine. Cloud backups are optional. Nothing is locked behind a web service.

Questions

Straight answers

"I have an idea but no outline."

That is the starting point. The system interviews you and builds the outline, characters, and style guide from your answers. You do not need anything prepared.

"AI writing sounds generic."

It does when the AI has no memory. This system loads your outline, characters, and style rules before every chapter, blocks overused phrases, and flags continuity drift. Your voice stays consistent the whole way through.

"I am not technical."

You type plain English in your editor. The system manages files, structure, and backups in the background. A launcher handles installation and updates.

"I do not trust AI with my manuscript."

Every edit is a suggestion. You see the proposed change, accept or reject it, and nothing touches your file until you say so. Your files stay on your machine.

"What about book series?"

Shared character files, world rules, and continuity notes carry across books. Start book two and the system already knows your characters, timeline, and established facts.

"What does one subscription include?"

The writing framework, a six-editor manuscript review, marketing kit generation, cloud backups, and every future update. Audio narration, Prep for Publication, and author copies use credits you purchase as needed.
